So how does it work? How do I join a training seminar?
- Having purchased a training seminar, you will be e-mailed a link that you simply click on, or paste into your web browser address field (sent out 1 day before)
- Up to 30 minutes before the seminar is due to begin, click the link and follow the step by step instructions
- You will be taken to a Virtual Meeting Room in which we will deliver the training seminar
- The Consultant can be viewed on webcam, and you can hear his presentation

Are there any other costs involved other than the £15?
We use VOIP technology to allow us to bring you the whole experience over the web. Therefore, other than the £15 Seminar fee, there should be no additional cost to yourself.

What if I have trouble logging into the training?
There should be no problems logging in. Just in case we provide a telephone number along with the joining instructions for you to ring our Consultant if you have difficulty.
Back
What is in the Free Guide?
At the end of the seminar you will be e-mailed a Free Support Guide (in PDF format) which complements the content of the seminar. The guide covers both the content plus extra advice not covered during the session.

What sort of internet connection / hardware / computer do I need?
Unfortunately only those with Broadband Internet Connections are able to view the seminars, and you will also need speakers or headphones attached to your computer to hear the ‘live’ commentary. If you are not on Broadband please click here

Can I ask questions?
Yes. The virtual meeting room has an instant messaging system and if you have a microphone you can ask questions at various points. We do however limit the number of questions and the time available for questions - if you require more personal 1-2-1 support please click here
Back
Why is the training seminar so cheap?
Because we are delivering the training seminar over the internet. To pay for similar support face to face is a lot more expensive (£475 per day). Our Virtual training seminars are also provided to larger groups of people thus we can reduce the cost drastically down per person.

Do I need to install any special software?
As part of the log in process you may be asked to update an active x file - this allows you to view and communicate with our consultant. The file is provided by Cisco Systems and merely allows you to be able to view our presentation and communicate with our Consultant. We do NOT gain any access to your own computer, your files, or personal data simply by it’s installation.
However - There is an option for you to allow us to view your desktop which YOU would need to activate. This feature is used during 1-2-1 virtual support - useful when we are helping an individual complete an on-line application, working through the form with them.
