Established by Andrew Underwood a recruitment professional with over 20 years experience, HtR has built up an Associate network of specialists. By establishing strategic links with individuals experienced in the delivery of Redundancy Support, Recruitment, Outplacement Support, Assessment Centres Design and Delivery, Training, and Occupational Psychology, HtR has developed into an all round provider of Human Resource Services.
Roger (one of our experienced Consultants) has over 20 years in the Training and Recruitment industry having worked for Link, CSG and Austin Benn.
Andrew Underwood Director and Founder is formerly Manpower, Corporate Services Group and The Icarus Partnership (pioneers of the Screen to Screen process). In recent years he has run national recruitment campaigns for organisations such as Virgin, dot mobile and the Co-operative Bank. Clients have also included the National Probation Service for England and Wales, CitiGroup, Arvato (BMG/Sony) and MotivAction (Leading UK Events and Communications Company). Andrew has also been a speaker at various HR Conferences including the TMP ‘Online Recruitment Conference’ where his speech covered ‘Advanced Recruitment Methodology’.

Our Recruitment Consultants search them regularly for CVs so we can advise an individual very precisely what to include within their CV to be ‘found’ and how most importantly to present their CV so they ‘sell’ themselves properly
- We know how Recruitment Agencies work, and can advise candidates how to be at the front of the Consultants mind - after all - we used to run them...!

We specialise in simple, practical advice ll advice is very practically based. To support our services we provide a number of direct and informative guides that have proven to be highly effective at supporting our services. The guides are written in such a way that during seminars delegates need take few, if any, notes.
Our move into Career Guidance Services is is a natural step on from our outplacement work: ‘Helping those in work find new jobs, rather than those who are without jobs’. A integral part of this is helping to identify transferable skills, and being able to then identify other opportunities an individual may follow.

RECRUITMENT - In the recruitment field, HtR utilises highly advanced ‘Competency Based Video Interviewing Techniques’ which have set the company apart from the rest of the Recruitment Industry. We also provide ‘Advertised Selection’ along with ‘Search and Selection’ Services. As a ‘Head Hunting’ organisation HtR is so highly regarded that we now work for other Recruitment Agencies to provide specialist Head Hunt services to support their own operation along with On-line CV Database Searching Services.
ASSESSMENT CENTRE DESIGN AND DELIVERY - HtR can first identify the Competency Model, then deliver a ‘robust’ and highly effective selection event.
PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING - Level ‘A’ and ‘B’ Qualified individuals can be supplied to administer and feed back on the OPQ, PPA and 15PF. In addition ability Testing such as the GRT.
