Individual Support allows you to receive precise help, advice, and guidance exactly where it is needed. The content of our sessions is ‘open format’ but we will ensure that the individual is optomising all their opportunities. On an individual basis we can:

• Help identify transferable skills
• Work closely to help write you a CV, and show how to tailor your CV to specific job applications
• Identify companies for speculative approaches
• Show how to effectively network
• Help identify ‘Search’ and Recruitment Consultancies
• Work closely on Interview Techniques, providing constructive feedback
• Support individual applications - helping to draw up covering letters / fill in ‘Competency Based’ application forms (using Virtual meeting rooms)
• Identify precise areas of potential skill and experience questioning prior to interview (advising on potential questions and how to approach answering them)
• Cover areas such as Self Employment and Retirement Planning
• Provide specific advice on handling an Assessment Centre, working through example materials to demonstrate the approach to take
• Provide Psychometric ‘Personality Profiling’ to help those ‘at a cross roads’ decide ‘where next...’

Our individual support is available to all. It is particularly effective at Executive level where individuals may find job hunting more difficult due to there being fewer senior roles available than middle or lower management.

‘Face to Face’ Individual Support can be provided in most areas of the UK, being delivered in either a business lounge or local meeting room. The level of support required differs from person to person and we believe it is important to discuss with us first the level of support you would most benefit from. ‘Remote’ Individual Support is available utilising our ‘Virtual Meeting Room’. You could be anywhere in the World to receive Virtual guidance, all you need is an Internet Broadband connection. The technology allows us to work very closely with an individual despite being potentially hundreds of miles away.
